Message After a failed purchase from UltimateZ and no refund after a while, someone here recommended that I contact the number on the back of my debit card since UltimateZ had run it just like a credit card, so it would offer me the same kind of protection. Anyway, the battle has been going on to receive a refund for a CD-changer from UltimateZ, that was way over-priced and never worked, and I returned it to them long ago.

Chris at UltimateZ kept telling me that he will refund it but never did. Other people here have also had the same experience with the UltimateZ customer service, and said that they had to have their financial institution reverse the payment since no refund was ever issued for their return either.

I contacted my bank and filed this with them. Although it is not yet certain that any refund will be issued, I think it was a good idea to do that because I don't know how long time would have gone before I would actually receive a refund. Thanks to those who advised me on what to do to deal with this.

I don't know about everyone else's experience, but my experience with UltimateZ, their product (based on my own purchase) and their customer service has made me aware, and I will think twice before I ever get anything else from them. I just wanted to post this so it may save others from a similar experience in the future, I just want to share my experience with everyone here, but it is up to everyone's own determination whether they choose to get anything from them though.
